On February 8, 2026, we experienced a degradation of our caching and session infrastructure, which led to intermittent errors and instability across parts of the platform. The issue was caused by an unexpectedly high number of connections to an internal service, preventing it from accepting new requests.
Our team mitigated the incident by restoring the service capacity and restarting affected components. Service stability was fully restored after the remediation actions were completed.
We have since implemented fixes to prevent recurrence and added enhanced monitoring and alerting to detect similar conditions early.
